Braiding bread 101


I bake wonderful bread, but for years, the art of braiding bread has eluded me...A single sentence in an old cookbook has remedied the problem



Roll your dough in 3 ropes about 2" in diameter and

START BRAIDING IN THE MIDDLE!
Let rise once, then bake...yummy and pretty!
